Amazing location, less than a minute walk to a 7-11 and a family mart. And 3-4 min walk to a supermarket and Chidoribashi station.
Lots of restaurants nearby too.
Amazing value for money.
Beds were a bit stiff but the futon made it decent.
No microwave which is ok because I mainly bought and ate, but would be good for leftovers.

It was a really cosy room and we loved it as our base in Osaka. Out of the central mayhem but east to get into the centre via train so best of both worlds for us! Also lots of hidden gem restaurants nearby.
Just a tiny thing but perhaps having a side light near the bed may make it nicer in the evenings!

The room was spacious and clean, the washer was convenient. The shower was clean and had great water pressure. The location was perfect for our stay, and we were easily able to hop on a train to go anywhere in our itinerary.
Overall, we felt it was great value for the price.
The mattresses were very thin, and the beds were very loud with the slightest movement

Location was good, it was very close to a train station so it made transportation easy. Super affordable for people who are wanting to travel on a budget, for what you are paying, this is a good deal. There's an elevator, which when you have checked bags, is a godsend.
There's limited space, especially if you are traveling with 3 people, with checked bags. It's extremely cozy. There is a washing machine unit, but it's only in Japanese and the host does not have English instructions at the time of this review.
