Its so near to the station and convenience store. The place is spacious and clean. Everything we need is equipped there.
Not enough utensils like chopsticks or spoons/plates. The bed frame makes a squeaky noise. We put the mattress on the floor and that settles the issue.

Great location, very close to the station. The place was spacious, and I really liked that the bathroom had a bathtub.

Amazing location, less than a minute walk to a 7-11 and a family mart. And 3-4 min walk to a supermarket and Chidoribashi station. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Amazing value for money.
Beds were a bit stiff but the futon made it decent. No microwave which is ok because I mainly bought and ate, but would be good for leftovers.

Location was good, it was very close to a train station so it made transportation easy. Super affordable for people who are wanting to travel on a budget, for what you are paying, this is a good deal. There's an elevator, which when you have checked bags, is a godsend.
There's limited space, especially if you are traveling with 3 people, with checked bags. It's extremely cozy. There is a washing machine unit, but it's only in Japanese and the host does not have English instructions at the time of this review.
