Definitely the price.
Maybe a TV will be good. Water heater is needed in the morning because the water temperature depends on the outside temperature thus taking a shower at 3pm means you are having a hot shower…

All new and well planned. Top quality shower unit and ceiling fan. Spotlessly clean. Good air-conditioning. Everything has been thought of by the host: iron and board; kettle, cups, bowls, plates, coffee, sugar, creamer; towel rack and prayer mat; hangers in the wardrobe. The shower is marvellous: various shower heads and taps; good shower gel, shampoo and toothpaste provided, shelves for bottles and a rack for hanging towels etc. The basin and mirror are good for shaving.
There was a smell from the drain, but this can be reduced leaving the bathroom fan on. The call to prayer is very close by. The window coverings are pretty, but it would be nice to look out of the front window. The blinds should be enough.
