Margaret's directions to locate the keys were clear and easy.

Farmhouse was large & roomy and very clean. Kitchen is large & has everything you need (full oven, air fryer, microwave, toaster). 2 very large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom, 2 living room spaces, one with a fireplace. 2 1/2 bathrooms, one with large soaking tub.

I loved everything about the property. But it’s worth mentioning that you will need a car to get around. It’s 8-10 minutes from Carrick center, but we loved that we were in a quiet area.

Quiet location with fabulous views. Lots of space in and around the property. Host very helpful over the phone with car having a puncture. It has the potential to be a lovely property but not ready yet!

Definitely in need of some TLC. Cleanliness was an issue especially in the bathrooms. Ensuite shower was in need of the grouting and sealant needing a good clean, Bath in second bathroom was dirty and our friend refused to use it. Large picture window needing to be replaced as the vacuum had blown. Window sill in kitchen had 3 nearly empty washing up liquid bottles( looked better once removed and wiped down.) Constant smell of oil in the kitchen from the fire! Cupboards throughout need a wipe down inside due to dust and cobwebs. Half empty jars of jam /butter in the fridge, jars of coffee etc but no obvious welcome pack which had been mentioned in other reviews from previous people. Massive miss match of furniture throughout which needed attention as it was worn , stained and scratched. No WIFI all the time we were there, not the hosts problem but a problem for us with 3 businesses to run. We went in search of the host on the farm to find out an update on the WIFI, they didn't come to us! On the whole disappointing. this was the most expensive property we stayed in and didn't compare in any way to the other two which were far superior.
