Staff not trained and had a drink in castle , was undrinkable , gave back to barman he said he knew it wasn’t right but was still serving it ?

Location was excellent as was the setting.
The Clubhouse no longer sells food, which is a major drawback. Additionally, the charge for having a dog is now €70 PER DAY!! I will admit that I knew this before I decided to stay but it is an extortionate cost.
