Konumu iyiydi. Daire yeniydi, eşyalar yeterliydi. Kapalı otopark çok harikaydı.
Zemin kat olduğu için çok ses vardı. Banyoda küvet vardı ancak perde yoktu. Banyoda dışarı taşan su için gider yoktu. Banyo havalandırması için konulan fan çalışmıyordu.
