Byt se nachází v novostavbě, v docházkové vzdálenosti Lidl, tramvajové zastávky, relativně z slušně vybaven, ale pár úprav by to chtělo. Pohodlné matrace v ložnici, ocenila jsem nachystané peřiny pro spaní na gauči. Fén v koupelně, mikrovlnka, toustovač
Byt se nachází v přízemí, závěsy na oknech jsou menší než okna, nádobí na vaření by to chtělo doplnit (hodila by se větší pánev a hrnec navíc); tu starou poškrábanou pánev zlikvidovat, protože není absolutně vhodná na vaření, stůl v kuchyni je vachrlaty a bylo by fajn ho opravit. V koupelně mi chyběla sprchová zástěna nebo závěs a stálo by za to dotáhnout šrouby u uchycení sprchového držáku. Ale to jsou jen drobnosti, které nijak nepokazily náš pobyt ale bylo by fajn je vyřešit
