New and modern apartment building and apartment, good checking in and out process, the Italian restaurant they recommended nearby was indeed very good

We arrived late in the evening from the airport only to discover there was no running water in the apartment and when I advised the support for the apartment of the fact received absolutely no response, only the check out instructions…Thankfully there was water the next morning. The other big thing was the cleanliness, even though new, the apartment is not well maintained at all. I felt very uncomfortable to sit on the couch because of all the stains visible, the carpet and the walls also had pretty significant ones. There is also no drainage in the bathroom and water sprays out of the tub and shower and because of the lack of drainage it leaks all the way out of the bathroom and across the living room…
