Extremely clean and tidy apartment. Very well organized and fully equipped. It is obvious that it has been renovated recently as everything in the flat is brand new. 2 nice bathrooms with a shower inbetween them, feels like you have 2 hotel rooms with full privacy. AC in all rooms. Lovely area as well, quiet at night as the flat is in a little side street. Some nice restaurants in the area, cute little wine bars and don't miss out on the bakery around the corner, so good! (Do Beco Santos). Can't say enough nice things about this rental, 10/10 and I hope I can visit again.

Nothing, if anything the check in process could be a little bit more efficient. We arrived late and had to pay a 20€ fee (which is fine), but a lockbox would've been nice.

Location - quieter, but excellent public transport connections (bus, tram, train) and within walking distance of centre of city life. More ‘Local Lisbon’ than ‘Tourist Lisbon’. Reception staff - communications excellent and personable. Single level apartment on 2nd floor with no lift, but if you’re able to climb stairs, this is not an issue. Lockbox for key, so allows everyone independent access. Apartment very well appointed with high quality furniture, kitchen equipment, clothes & dish washers. Extremely comfortable beds. Fully unpacked our suitcases and ‘moved in’. Heaps of storage. Clever architectural design is a study in efficient use of space. Two bathrooms with a shared shower room functioned very well as toilets & washrooms are separated. Truly deserves its name Soul House as it provided an authentic ‘Live in Lisbon’ experience. There are conversation starter cards which we used every evening to learn new facts about each other and shared our thoughts. Variety of interesting books. Would absolutely recommend and not get it over my heart in future to stay anywhere else when we go back to Lisbon.
