MBIRD Lapa River View Duplex

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, especially from the upstairs room. Joana was a very responsive and helpful host — she quickly solved the small issues we had. The place was clean, the sheets smelled fresh, and the bed was super comfortable (loved the pillow!). We were greeted with candy and a bottle of traditional drink, which was a lovely gesture. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a wine opener. Location was also great: 10 minutes from the metro and about 30 minutes on foot to most attractions. There’s a cozy coffee shop right around the corner that was perfect for morning espresso.

The upstairs room has a low ceiling, so it’s not ideal for tall people. There was a minor issue with bathroom drainage, and the stairs are quite narrow and steep, which can be tricky if you have large luggage.

Bij aankomst was er een probleem met de deur , dit werd wel opgelost , maar daardoor viel onze 1e avond in het water ... De warmte op de bovenste slaapkamer

A pesar de los ventiladores, en la planta de arriba se concentra mucho el calor y no hay aire acondicionado. No estaba mal, pero algo mas de detalle en la limpieza, seria recomendable

Mooi modern appartement met terras. Al het nodige huisgerief was aanwezig. Goed gelegen. Op wandelafstand van centrum en openbaar vervoer. Goed contact met de host. We waren met 5 personen en iedereen had voldoende ruimte.
