The location was perfect, very central. The facilities were neat and clean, and very comfortable. My family and i really enjoyed our stay. My parents want to use Ballito nest of the groves as a regular vacation spot they were very impressed.

Close to shopping center.
False advertising, no air conditioning and only 1stand fan.. no soap or shower gel holders. Shower door does not close. No bathroom bin. 2 toilet rolls for the entire weekend for 4 people. Cockroaches.
Insufficient towels.
