This was a self catering stay
1. The host wasn’t contactable after we collected the keys. We had to go on the website to find someone related to the property for assistance. We understand she was on week end away but she didn’t hand us over to anyone 2. Some of the access codes provided were not working. We were issued with codes from 12-14 June yet our stay was until 16 June. Some of the codes provided didn’t work and we had to request new ones. 3. The cleaning was very bad, when we arrived the kitchen wasn’t properly cleaned. When the cleaning lady came, she only mopped the floor, she didn’t move furniture, not even dusting the couches. One of the most lazy cleaning I have experienced
