Very spacious and off street parking.

It didn't have a full length mirror or an iron.

The property was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Breakfast items and bottles of water were a lovely touch and much appreciated. The beds were super comfy and we all had a lovely sleep. Thank you

Although the property was located in a very built-up area, it was wonderfully quiet, and very near to a bus stop for a good Bus service into the city centre so we didn't have to negotiate the hazards of unknown city traffic to find car parks etc. The househad been very well cleaned and the tea coffee and milk supplied was a great welcome. The beds were very comfortable.

being of retirement age, we found the seating a bit low, but managed ok with the supplied cushions.

The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable

Sadly it seems like its just been done up as fast as possible to hire out. Curtain poles to small for windows, curtains to small for poles, old broken blinds so light straight in the bedroom. Painting sloped on. Random double quilt inside a single cover. Bathroom needs regrouting and new shower head needed. Brand new oven but yet no oven trays so we bought dinner but couldn't cook it, had to go an get something else , pizza, so it could be put direct on the rack. Obviously trays are needed for an oven. No utensils just cutlery and a pizza cutter. No instructions on using the oven or the thermostat, would be helpful. Mark's on settee, extension plugs trailing, no good for kids. Such a shame as its a large property and with some tender loving care I can see it could become a great place, but at the moment, especially with the terrible windows, sleep was hard and not being able to.cook our tea was disappointing. Upgrade the decor an take care of a few things and it could be great. At the moment, I wouldnt pay more than £70 compared to other places ive stayed. £120 I expect excellent
