The property was clean, warm and had everything we needed for our short weekend stay. Good location for us not far from m1 junction and family!
The handle on the living room door was broken and we got locked in! Managed to get out after a few panic moments and reported this straight away to the owners.
The bed in the en-suite upstairs is more like a large single than a double!! We were hanging off the end (we are slim!!) and had to swop with our daughter! Only one pillow per person, more would have been preferred even if they were in the wardrobes.

The house is warm, spacious and very comfortable. Overall, it is well suited for a family stay.
The main issue was cleanliness. Several areas of the house, including the kitchen cupboards, floors, blinds throughout the property and the bathrooms, were not cleaned to an expected standard and required additional cleaning upon arrival.
Better attention from the cleaning team would significantly improve the experience, as the house itself is otherwise excellent.
