The hosts live above the apartment and were there to welcome us. They made us very welcome and were very friendly. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and perfect for our group of 5 - we could have been 6. The value for money in such an expensive area was very good.
There wasn't anything we didn't like about the apartment, and we would definitely stay here again if we ski at Zermatt. Next time we would probably not bother to eat out in Zermatt at night but would do more meals in the apartment, as you have to plan a 10 minute walk to the train and then a 30 minute train ride into Zermatt, and sometimes the train was late or cancelled. There don't appear to be any restaurants in Randa (or if there are, they were closed).

The Ferienwohnung Rosenburg was really friendly and ready to help at anytime. The location was beautiful with lots of balconies to enjoy the view. The place was also clean. The washing machine, stove, oven, and dish washing machine work great. In addition plates, bowls, utensils are all available.
