Pure Comfort! Entire Apartment with Abundant Space near Zermatt with parking!

very smooth communication with the manager. Although they may not be on-site but they are really easy to reach out to. place is clean, with all the amenities we need to make a good meal. Sandra was very accommodating that she allowed us to check in early plus to leave our car at their parking spot until we got back from Zermatt, I highly recommend!

The apartment was great. We had a lovely view of the mountains, and the space was very roomy. The temperature inside stayed very comfortable even without air conditioning (we visited in late June during a heat wave). It's also quite close to the train station for trips into Zermatt.

The only thing we didn't like was the limited availability of the washing machines and driers. They're located in a shared room used by multiple apartments as well as the staff, so most of the time all the dryers were occupied with towels and bed sheets. Guests are only allowed to use the washing machines and dryers between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m., but most of them were already running, having been pre-programmed by the staff. As a result, it was very hard for us to find an available dryer for our clothes.

It might be a bit of a walk from the train station, but it's okay because the weather and atmosphere are nice.

設備，4張餐桌椅有2張搖動不穩，沒有微波爐，已註明是3人入住，有一人必須睡沙發床，但客廳的暖氣壞了，睡在沙發床上很冷，而且也沒有鋪，我們自己在沙發床下找被單鋪，找棉被套套棉被，一切都必須自己做。
