Cosy apartment well located in South Brisbane, with an owner who was easy to reach and responsive.
However, several points were disappointing. The cleanliness could definitely be improved, with many marks and stains visible on cupboards, mirrors and furniture.
Check-in is at 3pm with no possibility of arriving a bit earlier, and no luggage drop service is offered, which is difficult when travelling with a lot of bags.
We also experienced issues with the TV WiFi connection, making Smart TV apps like Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video unusable during the stay.
Finally, we unfortunately had to shorten our stay due to an urgent work departure, and despite the significant amount of unused nights, no commercial gesture was offered.
