One lift had been out of order a while and it was chaos getting up and down.
The blow dryer fused.
The clothes dryer filter had fallen apart
There were no coffee pods or milk provided on arrival. Just two and two milk would have sufficed.
No blanket
The worst was the key. It was a 5 plus minute walk away in a lockbox. Very challenging and time consuming to find out at last minute. Terribly inconvenient.
Drop off was even harder as there was no parking available close by to the lockbox.
