About this apartment rental
Our house, "La Maddalena 29," is a large two-story villa surrounded by a large, fully fenced garden filled with olive trees.
On the ground floor, there are two apartments, in addition to the house where we live with our very affectionate little furry friends, who won't disturb you because our garden has a separate entrance from the rental area.
On the first floor, there's a 57-square-meter apartment with a furnished panoramic terrace.
The apartment is free on three sides and enjoys sea views towards Cefalù and the surrounding hills. It comfortably accommodates five people, and a single sofa bed can be used upon request (for a total of six beds).
Please note that some rooms have sloping ceilings (maximum height 2.70 m – minimum height 0.95 m).
The house is laid out as follows:
- Entrance to a small living room with a single sofa bed and a floor fan.
- Bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a single bed, air conditioning and a floor fan.
- Bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and air conditioning with ceiling fans.
- Bathroom with a window, a built-in shower with curtain, toilet (there is no traditional bidet, but a hand shower), sink, and hairdryer.
- Windowless bathroom with forced ventilation, a built-in shower with curtain, toilet (there is no traditional bidet, but a hand shower), sink, and hairdryer.
- Kitchen with a marble table (induction hob with 4 cooking zones, electric oven, and refrigerator), and a ceiling fan.
THE PRICE INCLUDES:
- Wi-Fi
- Bed linen
- 1 shower towel per person
- Tablecloth, hand towels, and pot holders
- Weekly linen change
- A small beach umbrella
- Ironing board and iron
- Initial and final cleaning
- Private outdoor parking in the garden for 1 parking space
- Electricity consumption is included up to 6kW/h per day.
Consumption exceeding 6kW/h per day will be charged at €0.55, payable upon checkout.
There is a meter inside the apartment; it will be read upon check-in and check-out to verify consumption.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Tourist tax (from April 1st to October 31st) TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL: €2/day per person for the first 5 nights. Children aged 0 to 12 are exempt.
UPON REQUEST at an additional cost:
- Beach towel
- Beach chair
- Transfer to/from Cefalù train station
- Use of the washing machine

PLEASE NOTE
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please let us know your check-in time one day before your arrival.
- Late check-in after 9:00 PM is available by arrangement and costs €30.
- Early check-in is subject to availability.
- Luggage storage is subject to availability.
- Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Please vacate the villa no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure to allow the apartment to be cleaned and ready for new guests.
- Key collection and delivery with the owner.
- Recommended transportation.
- Events or parties are not permitted.
- Day guests are not permitted; only those declared in the contract.
- Suitable for small pets, subject to prior agreement with the owner. Your dog is welcome, but PLEASE keep the bed and sofa off the property and the garden clean.
- Please leave the refrigerator, stove, pots and pans, and dishes clean.
- Please DO NOT leave trash, bottles, or empty cans inside the house.
- In the bathroom, please DO NOT throw any type of paper in the toilet; use the designated wastebasket.

- Furnished and illuminated garden under the olive trees for summer evenings - Uncovered parking for one car (free) on the property - Outdoor shower with changing room and hot water
