    Firstly, this hotel is right next to a very noisy nightclub (The Bolthole), so if you value your sleep you won’t enjoy it here. Secondly, non of the toilets work, they don’t flush. I tried 3 different rooms and all had the same problem. Wi-fi is intermittent on 5/F, going offline daily, and the inner rooms don’t have cell signal so you’re basically offline for large parts of the day. No phone in the room either so you have to go down to reception to discuss any issues you might have. And lastly, but most importantly, I ended up with a serious body rash due to suspected bed bug infestation. Also found a massive half-dead cockroach up-side-down on the floor right next to my bed. I ended up moving hotels because of this. This hotel has serious sanitation issues and I would not recommend it even if it was free. The only good thing about this place were the staff, they were all super friendly trying to do their best every day.

    It’s not a bad hotel. But the rooms a little tired & it’s in the heart of the party area, so the noise outside went on until the very early hours! Nice friendly staff, room was quite clean & a good hot shower! Super location for the bars!
