    Beds are not ready and all used. Then put on dirty beddings. Toilet and bath is filthy. Dp of 1000 php, really? With the quality of service and facility, not worth a dime. Towel is not free. No WiFi. No wonder, I'm the only guest in room 301 for 2 nights.

    The shared room where I stayed was unclean, there was trash around. Staff just ignored or forgot my basic request to clean. Their main focus is their restaurant below.

    I didn't enjoy my stay in this hotel. My room didn't have: television; desk; shower curtain; reliable hot water; daily water bottles. I was never offered a room cleaning. The bed had a plastic backing that was very noisy. There was barely enough room to walk on the side of the bed. It just seemed like they didn't put much thought into what guest wants, or maybe this hotel is designed more for "short-term" stays. But for ***/night, it's too expensive even in Makati. You can walk to several hotels nearby (including ***) and get a MUCH better experience for a few dollars more.

    I stayed at this hotel for five days, and my room was never cleaned, even though I requested it. I was also concerned about the safety and security of the hotel because the main entrance door was always locked, and guests were not provided with a key. This is a serious safety concern. In case of an emergency, I would worry about how to get out of the building if the main door was locked. I also experienced being unable to leave the building in the morning because the door was locked. This happened to me twice. Additionally, if you return late at night, you may not be able to enter the building because the main entrance is locked, and guests are not given a key. Another unpleasant experience was seeing large rats on the stairs, which raised further concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene. I was also unsure whether the bedsheets and towels were clean, which made my stay even less comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Due to the lack of housekeeping, concerns about cleanliness and hygiene, the presence of rats, and serious issues with access and safety, I would not book this hotel again. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a cleaner, safer, and more comfortable environment for future guests.
