    We travelled throughout Vietnam for 1 month and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The staff here were amazing. It was my girlfriend's birthday while we stayed here and they had flowers and a birthday card waiting in the room when we arrived. Our room was cleaned everyday to a very high standard. I cannot reccomend this hotel enough. It's so nice to come back here after a long day of exploring the city. Thank you to Jack and Phuong for making our stay memorable.

    I had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Ivory Hotel. The hotel has a great location, making it very convenient to explore Hanoi. The room and overall hotel environment were clean and comfortable. I also really enjoyed the 50/50 café at the hotel, especially the great coffee served there. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely come back again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi.

    I splurged a little for this place after visiting so many nearby hotels/hostels. The rooms were large, bright, clean and it looks like they recently built it so it doesn’t have the worn down feel like some places. No mold issues either. The area is more local and peaceful but also like blocks from train street and other things to do/see/eat. The shower was great. I really wanted a quiet place to sleep bc i had an early race and this was perfect. The person who checked me in, Jack, was so helpful too!

    We enjoy our short stay. Very friendly welcome since we are arriving around 5 am but hotel let us use their toilet to change and clean up a little. Luggage storage also. Very clean and spotless room. Thank you sir for waking us up to catch our early flight. Surely will back and stay again. Thank you
