Adrian gave clear instructions about entry to the property, key, etc. Very friendly and helpful on my arrival. Parking on green very close to house. Room small but comfortable, clean and warm. Excellent Wifi. Other guests quiet and considerate. Kitchen very generously provisioned with a variety of foods for self-service breakfast, plus well stocked with kitchen utensils, pans, etc. for cooking your own evening meal if you needed. Shared bathroom clean, with good shower and both shower gel and shampoo provided - thank you, Adrian.
The kitchen cupboard shelf containing the spices was very dirty, and someone had left a used knife in it.
