• Upstairs Loft — Two cozy built-in twin beds, great for kids/teens
• Upstairs Bedroom 4 — Two twin beds, private and quiet
• Upstairs Bedroom 5 — Two queen beds
• Bathrooms — Two full baths (one w/ double vanity, one w/ tiled shower)
• Living + Dining — Open plan, vaulted ceiling, sectional sofa, large dining table seats 10, TV
• Kitchen — Modern + fully equipped for easy meals
• Outdoor Deck — Surrounded by trees, grill + seating for dining
• Laundry — Full washer/dryer on site
• Mini-splits in bedrooms and living room for maximum comfort
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire main house, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, and outdoor deck. The large front/back yard is also yours to enjoy during your stay. The detached garage apartment may be occupied, and shares the driveway/parking area, but does not share any indoor or outdoor living spaces.
Note: The basement is not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
• No smoking anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
• Drive slowly — the shared driveway has a speed limit of 12 mph to ensure safety and respect for neighbors.
• Detached garage apartment may be occupied, but has no shared living spaces.
• Basement access is not permitted.
• Extra guest fee applies — Base rate includes 6 guests; up to 4 additional guests welcome for $100/night per guest.
• Lambert’s Cove Beach pass included (in season) — Guests will have access to the West Tisbury resident beach. Instructions for obtaining and using the pass will be provided prior to your stay.
• No parties or events — please respect the peaceful nature of the home and neighborhood.
• No removal of any items from the property, including linens and towels.
• Guests are required to leave the property in tidy condition upon departure.
Please note: Outdoor shower is now off for the season. The sunroom is accessible, but unheated and not useable as a bedroom in winter.
