About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency offers this renovated former fisherman's house for rent in the town of Douarnenez. It has a surface area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with lounge area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×200)
- A living room with a bookcase
- A separate toilet and sink
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally located in Douarnenez, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
All water sports are nearby (sailing school and paddleboard, windsurfing, kayak, sailboat, and bicycle rentals, etc.).
Saint Jean beach is a 10-minute walk away, and Sables Blancs beach is an 8-minute bike ride away.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house (free parking in the neighboring streets).
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
The house is a 5-minute walk from the 951 bus, which serves the city center and Quimper TGV station. The nearest airport is Brest.
