Pleasant apartment in Elizabethton with 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a king and queen bed, guests can relax in comfort. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances, stocked with amenities, The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. This property has radiator heating, AC, Laundry, and iron. 2 Driveways provide convenient parking. Centrally located less than 2 blocks from downtown. We hope you enjoy what our place and Elizabethton has to offer. No pets allowed. Freshly remodeled, updated, and allergy friendly 1300 sq ft apartment located on the 2nd floor of this sturdy home with separate parking and entrance. No Smoking, Vaping, Smokeless Tobacco, or Pets are allowed, in order to guarantee that the apartment is kept as neat and clean as possible. The apartment features a full kitchen with updated appliances. The living room, kitchen, and dining room have plenty of room for 2 to four people to live, eat, shower, and sleep. The apartment has excellent WiFi coverage with 200 Mbps Symmetrical Fiber Internet Service. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating including a reclining couch and Google TV. The kitchen has amenities such as basic cookware and utensils, cups, dishes, flatware etc and includes a coffee bar area that also functions nicely as a workspace. The bathroom has 1 bathtub / shower and a double sink vanity. The bedrooms are similarly sized with a King bed in one bedroom and a Queen bed in the other with closets in each bedroom. The bedroom with the King bed also includes a Smart TV with Google Chromecast and a laptop desk with charging station. In addition to the closet space in the bedrooms there is a nearly 50 sq ft walk-in closet for stowing additional clothing or luggage etc. The apartment laundry room includes a washing machine/dryer, clothesline, and laundry shelf. Outside, there is a patio that is a nice space to eat, read, grill, or get some sun. The house is heated with a natural gas / hot water radiator system that is very efficient at heating. It has mini-split style HVAC air handlers in each room to quickly and efficiently provide chilly air conditioning on hot days. The property is located about 2 blocks from either the Tweetsie (Walking and Bicycling) Trail and Downtown Elizabethton and is stocked with amenities to provide guests with a relaxed and comfortable vacation or business stay. No smoking, vaping, or smokeless tobacco use of any kind are allowed within 20 feet of the house.
