Welcome to Southwest Splendor. Gorgeous southwest themed townhome in the heart of Tempe, fully remodeled with stainless steel appliance and quart counters. Featuring ancient sand painting art and designer, colorful decorations throughout. 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths with comfortable beds, dresser, and desk. View of pool and grassy court yard, 2 covered parking spots. Washer dryer in home. Welcome dear guests!

Guests who are respectful and reasonable in their expectations of a small business are a good fit for us. This means to care for the home, respecting our house rules, and adherence to our policies.
All adult guests over 18 (not only the guest making the booking) in the party must provide a valid, not-expired, State Govt issued ID driver`s license or ID card within 24 hours of making the reservation. This ID must contain a clear picture and current address of the individual and be well lit and easy to read. Guests will also need to register on our registration form and agree to our house rules within 24 hours of making their bookings. We are required to collect this information and if we do not receive in a timely manner the booking is subject to cancelation and refunds will only be issued in accordance with our cancelation policy. Guests traveling from overseas may submit a passport. No military or employer IDs will be accepted.
This also helps us provide a high-quality personalized experience to our guests, as well as avoid security problems.
Note: Reservations can be canceled within 48 hours period if you do not agree to the complete house rules.
