This condo was wonderfully furnished, tastefully decorated and very clean. The common areas of the complex are well-maintained, and the neighbors are quiet and friendly. However, as with many AZ properties, the pool was not heated, so unusable during cool March weather. The central location makes travel to any part of the metro area very convenient. The host communicated well and checked in via text to see if we had any questions or concerns. As this is not a new unit, there are a couple of minor maintenance issues/upgrades that should be addressed. All in all, this was a pleasant home base for a month of snowbirding.

Perfect for our active sightseers. Quiet condo complex with nice pool -- very clean. The rooms are not too large, but enough space as we were out mornings & evenings, home for meals and naps. Great value for 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in convenient location to Phoenix hikes & sights. Fantastic tram system-- we hardly needed to rent a car.

Wish the pool was heated but all else was just great. Convenient to ASU, Mesa, Riverview Park, the 101, etc. And, the Property Manager was excellent, which makes a huge difference when renting.
