The property is across the steeet from the Tempe Center from the arts and walking along Tempe Town Lake. It is an easy walk to Mill Avenue and other well rated Tempe restaurants. You can walk to Whole Foods and Chase Bank and if you need just a quick couple items Rollins Family Supermarket is even closer.
You can seat 4 comfortably so you can visit with friends and enjoy a drink before an evening out or have the grandkids over and play some games and watch a movie on a a TV with cable and streaming services.
The bed was comfortable and we had a place to keep or computer to handle any need to get done business. The bathroom had lots of storage and two sinks so we could get ready together and not get in each other’s way. Plus there is a spacious walk-in shower with great water pressure. Despite being so close to ASU and in the flight path of Sky Harbor it was relatively peaceful and our neighbors were considerate and even helpful when we were struggling with unloading.
You can also feel secure regarding your vehicle’s security in the parking structure and access to the building. The management company for the rental was not only responsive, but sensitive and caring given that we were there for my husband to have surgery and undergo initial recovery.
You can feel confident that you will have a comfortable, well appointed stay at a reasonable price that feels more like home away from home, not a hotel room.

The filth in the hallway. Lack of access in the evening to lovely community areas. That the fob does not work to open the garage without getting out and going to the access pad. The tightness of parking structure. These are about the facility.
The unit itself … kitchen needs to be better equipped, better and more comfortable furnishings including the patio, better WiFi/bigger TV/better cable& streaming, more pillows and art, luggage rack, adult hanger, off the floor storage on the shower, etc. Sent extensive suggestions.
We were also randomly, but significantly inconvenienced twice … once by random periods of smoke detector beeping that lasted for hour long periods multiple times (4) over 24 hours before fixed (even tried to disconnect myself but couldn’t and 1 of us didn’t sleep one night at all) and no access to cable or streaming for a different 24 hours before fixed period before it was fixed as randomly as it stopped working … on February first (unpaid bill!?!).
