The Space:
The apartment hosts up to 4 people and stands out for its spaciousness, uncommon for central Rome. The bedroom has a bed; a second bed is located in the living room, comfortably accommodating four guests. There is a full bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a workspace corner for those who work. The rooms are spacious and bright. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. On request, and to be arranged in advance, a crib is available for little ones.
Guest Access:
The apartment is on the first floor, without an elevator. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability.
The Neighborhood:
The home is in the Sant'Eustachio district, one of the most sought-after areas of the historic centre, just steps from the Pantheon. All around, the best of Rome on foot: Piazza Navona, Largo Argentina, the historic Sant'Eustachio coffee house, Campo de' Fiori and countless restaurants, shops and historic cafés.
Getting Around:
The very central location lets you reach much of Rome's sights on foot. The Largo Argentina hub, a few minutes away, offers numerous bus and tram lines across the city. The area is pedestrian-friendly and ideal to explore on foot.

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.
A crib is available on request and must be arranged in advance.
Cleaning: the apartment is delivered clean and sanitised.
Luggage storage: available at Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, from 9:00 to 17:30.

The property was clean and in a great location. There is a restaurant right outside the front door which had good food and service. The Pantheon was within a 5 min walk. There is a grocery store one block over. Overall great location and it was perfect for us. We would definitely come back here. Thanks!

Location and apartment were very nice. Miscommunication with Pantheon Arch host and front doorman. Were told we could check in earlier and then weren’t given the key code. Front door man scolded us for arriving early. Didn’t speak English and unwelcoming after traveling for 10 hours. Online host took awhile to respond through Expedia texting. But once inside apartment was clean and spacious. Loud street noise being in the heart of the historic center but all was walkable and plenty of cafes and shopping. Fans were a plus. Only drawback was bathroom smelled.
