About this apartment rental
Lovely apartment a few steps from the Pantheon located on the first floor, without lift. The palace was built in 1582 and was initially a monastery of the "Franciscan" nuns.
It consists of a bedroom with double bed with characteristic wooden beams, large living room with double sofa bed and table with chairs, kitchen, bathroom with shower (max 2 + 2 persons - 55 m²).
The apartment has internet access via WiFi, washing machine and Air Conditioning \ Heating and Smart TV in all rooms. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, microwave and is equipped for cooking and eating. We provide linens and towels for all guests.
The apartment is very comfortable. Its location allows to explore on foot many tourist attractions.
The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.
The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).
Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight). Please provide us always your Arrival time.
We offer tours and transfers (Airport, Train Station and Port).

Lovely apartment with some old features. Close to a choice of restaurants. Excellent bus service around the cormer.
The check in was difficult, as the front door and the door to the hall were closed on arrival.

We loved the location.
Noisy (you can’t before 3am) and dirty, cleanliness is definitely not up to the standard, hair on the sheets, dirty toilet and floors. The location is perfect though, 10 minutes away from everything
