About this place
This is a simple bedroom in a 2 floor town house. This house is 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It's quiet, safe and cozy.
The space
- Near the Strip and Chinatown with lots of great restaurants
- Minutes walking distance to 7-Eleven/Smith's (24 hours) and grocery stores
-On the second floor of 2-story building
-Easy self-check-in with smart lock keyless entry
-1 Queen size bed
-Iron and ironing board ready for use
-Hair dryers provided
-DRINKING WATER &ICE available(There are filters in the kitchen and refrigerator.)
-FREE PARKING
-Uber/Lyft $10-$15 to anywhere on the Strip
-This is not a brand new house and there is some wear and tear.
Guest access
Guest areas: 1 bedroom and 1 shared bathroom, shared living room/Kitchen. Laundry: $2 per time.
During your stay
We usually do not meet with guests, because access is with a smart lock, guests can be 24 hours in, check out, unless guests special requirements, generally we do not appear.
In order to ensure the rights and interests of both sides, we usually only communicate with our guests at Airbnb.
We will not reply to messages between 10pm-8am, or the reply will be slow. Thank you for your understanding.

Laundry: $2 per time.
AC/HEATING: 70 F- 73 F(This is the regulated temperature in our house, and it is forbidden to adjust it.)
Shared bathroom: One full bathroom on the second floor, A half bathroom on the ground floor. 3 Bedrooms share 1.5 bedrooms.
No smoking in the room or in the bathroom.
It is forbidden to use aromatherapy in the room.
