- Free Parking
-Any guest staying 4 days or less is required to place a refundable security deposit of $100/daily at check-in with a credit card. Any person staying 5 days or more the deposit is $500/max.

Place was just as expected. I had stayed at the Palms before. The only thing is that that “complete“ kitchen does not include an oven and the coffee maker was single cup at a time with pre loaded coffee filters so we had to go buy a coffee maker to make a pot of coffee. Also the unit did not have room service at all during our stay. Host was responsive and answered questions timely! Palms place pool was closed so we had to walk through the casino to use the pool at the palms casino resort. The hotel in general could use an update but otherwise comfy and quiet :-)

The room was excellent, although check-in was frustrating. The Palms place should improve communication with the hosts.

There were several things wrong. Tv and light in bathroom not working. Sink/garbage disposal leaked all over kitchen. Headboard of main bed all stripped in places. Curtains stained. Cover blood stained, wall brown stains. Dishwasher inefficient. Had to ask for cutlery and frying pan.. bathroom door lock broken. Safe inoperable.one chair dangerously broken.
