- At least one guest must be 21+ to book. Additional guests can be under 21.
- Free Parking
-Any guest staying 4 days or less is required to place a refundable security deposit of $100/daily at check-in with a credit card. Any person staying 5 days or more the deposit is $500/max.

Nice property, sparsely stocked (no plates, no knives, no glasses). Had to get disposables. Overall no issues with stay, would stay again if reasonably priced.

There were several things wrong. Tv and light in bathroom not working. Sink/garbage disposal leaked all over kitchen. Headboard of main bed all stripped in places. Curtains stained. Cover blood stained, wall brown stains. Dishwasher inefficient. Had to ask for cutlery and frying pan.. bathroom door lock broken. Safe inoperable.one chair dangerously broken.
