Best Strip City Views Balcony Suite No Resort Fee

Great lay out for working-vacation. Plenty of desk space, outlets, free internet. The suite has a spacious, studio style, simple design with a modern feel. Efficient kitchen gives you everything you need to reheat or scratch cook. Full size fridge and appliance. Bathroom was very nice, large, with both regular shower and a rain-style luxury feature that you can spend an hours just standing under. I did! Adjacent is an oversized, whirlpool hot-tub that gets very hot and has terrific pressure. Whole place was very clean! My compliments to the staff. The dark, hardwood floors look great and there's twin large screen TV's if you would prefer to lay in bed. The best part of this studio is the view. I've stayed in every On-strip hotel. None of them have THIS view. There's a very spacious balcony I spent entire evenings on, just watching the sun set over the Las Vegas Strip. You can see the ENTIRE strip, from one side to the other, like a panoramic photo. The balcony is worth the rate alone. Enjoy!

Vegas caters to business conference that are notoriously off-schedule. Needing to take red-eye flights, arriving at 4 AM, adjusting an extra day, they're all common in Vegas business/medical life.. If I have to book 2 hotels to account for a 4 PM check-in, it cost me more to stay here. If I have to stay an extra day and then need to move hotels, I've just paid for 3 hotels so that I could stay here. I really enjoy this place. Excellent location. But, theres NO FLEXIBILITY. A negative hit on an otherwise great place.

The property was perfect. Room was very nice

The staff was horrible. My room was not clean. Had to pay extra for towels, we stayed a week and they only gave us two. We had to pay two deposits!!!!! And did not get them back. This who no resort fee company is a scammmm! Book it through the actual website!
