Look no further! This 2024 home offers an open floor plan, chef`s kitchen, large dining table, and living room with a wood-burning fireplace. Enjoy spacious bedrooms, large bathrooms, a basement den, home gym, office, outdoor hot tub, grill, and plenty of outdoor seating. Perfect for families exploring the Catskills year-round. *Photos taken in spring 2024 before exterior completion. Grass and finishing work will be completed by July 1, 2024.*

Our homes are often in rural areas, so you may encounter insects (bees, spiders, flies), small animals (squirrels, raccoons), and occasionally larger wildlife (deer, bears). Please be prepared for nature during your stay and remember they’re more afraid of you than you are of them.
-Power & Internet Outages:
Outages can happen in this area due to weather or other factors. Because they are out of our control, we do not provide refunds for these interruptions, but we’ll do our best to help you work around them.

Rain, wind, snow and extreme heat and humidity are possible depending on the season. Please plan your travel accordingly, as we cannot refund missed stays due to weather conditions preventing travel.
