Welcome to this beautiful 30 m² apartment located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Modern and tastefully decorated, it offers a peaceful stay in the suburbs while remaining close to Paris. The famous Stade de France is just a 15-minute walk away, perfect for attending events or concerts.
Please note that this property is on two levels and is unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.
The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable living room equipped with a sofa and a television.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, cooking plate, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes.
The accommodation comprises two carefully furnished bedrooms to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The beds (double – dimensions 140 x 200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably.
The bathroom has a shower, a large mirror, a toilet, and a washing machine for added convenience.
The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.
The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.
