About this house rental
Wake up to the sound of waves and sip coffee on a breezy covered deck with a front-row view of the Gulf. This classic West End beach bungalow blends easy, barefoot living with thoughtful updates: central A/C, bright engineered wood floors, and an upgraded kitchen and bath for effortless post-beach cleanup. The main level offers two comfortable bedrooms and a full bath, while a flexible ground-level bedroom/living suite with its own full bath adds privacy for early risers, in-laws, or another couple. The bunk bedroom has a separate entrance on the first floor. The bunk room is located at ground level, underneath the house in the carport area. After sandy adventures just steps from the shoreline, rinse off in the hot/cold outdoor shower, stash your gear downstairs, and gather around the backyard fire pit for s'mores under the stars. You'll be on a quieter stretch of beach yet minutes from island dining, groceries, and attractions along the Seawall and The Strand. On-site parking, deck seating with ocean views, and simple, clean finishes make this a relaxed coastal home base for families and friends looking to unwind, explore, and make memories by the water. Max of 2 pets allowed (non refundable pet fee $100/each)
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.
Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

It was a good place to stay a lot of really cool amenities. Only issues were the ac unit for one of the rooms were not working, the shower for the upstairs was broken when we checked in, and the amount of roaches in and around the area upseted the woman

Husband and I really enjoyed our stay!We rented a golf cart since the beach access was a little too far for us to haul all of our stuff and fur babies down to the beach but best idea since it saved sand from getting into my vehicle and being at the end of the cove, less traffic! Which made it more peaceful! We could walk to the gas station and had beautiful views! Loved the separate rooms so when our kids came down for a couple days, they had their own space. Brand new washer and dryer, loved the conventional stove, AC units in different areas which my husband loved! Great sitting options on the balcony, even had a large floor fan to use outside which was great to help keep the breeze going if needed. Stairs were not leg/knee busters so it was easy to walk up and down all day even with my arthritis!My only "complaint" would be, there was no gate on the balcony. So if you bring your fur babies, I hope they behave and dont go down the stairs on you. We had to place 2 chairs sideways to deter them from venturing down. But even with that, we would book this house again!

Great location and you can see the waves from the deck. Cute beach cottage. But I’m not sure it was cleaned before we arrived. The floor was filthy and there were 8 large dead cockroaches on the floor in the home. There is also a birds nest on the side of the home. The owl that is there to supposedly keep birds away has zero effect. Please note there is a busy gas station and grocery store on the backside. The lights shine into the home all night.
