We had the bottoms unit and glad we did, it was easy to move are stuff in and out easily. Nice size rooms thought the house. Enjoyed having the washer and dryer used daily. The walk from the house was a short distance which was very nice. Great neighborhood. We went down and set up are canopy, chairs, toys, and cooler on the beach and then went back and forth to the house and beach all day and didn’t have any problems with anyone taking any of our stuff, so that was great. The drive into town was only about 20 minutes so not bad at all. I would rather do that to have a quite neighborhood and an easier in and out of the house. The only issues we had was the stove was a little hard to cook on cause it didn’t seem to heat up real good and the silverware was very slim, so we went and purchased silverware and then took what we purchased with us. All in all it was a very nice trip and enjoyed it greatly. Hope to return there next year.

We loved the location — it was close to the beach, in a quiet area with very little traffic, which made it feel like our own private stretch of sand. It was peaceful and convenient for a relaxing getaway.However, the unit itself could use some improvements. The shower didn't get hot, the bathtub had some mold, and the bathroom overall could really use a remodel. The bedding also seemed quite old and could be replaced for more comfort.With a few updates, this place could be amazing since the location is truly hard to beat.
