Acapulco - Downstairs

We had a very relaxing getaway weekend and enjoyed the beach. Only a short walk and not very crowded. Had everything one would need in the house.

Place was great and clean. Only problem was that the oven seemed to have problems but host sent over someone to take care of it.

We my friends and myself rarely get to travel together muxh less all beoff at thesame time, we booked a few months ago.. day of check-in and the evening before hurricane beryl decides to jump to thenorthand hammered Galveston, the home owners were great about thewhole processe they worked withus , turning what coupd have beennan absolute bust of a trip into a good little get a way, especially withmost of Galveston being with out power thru the week, we played games fished and cooked andhung out justmade thebest of the situation and along th way the owners were there if we needed anything..wpuld definitely rent from them again the property was clean and kinda in the middle of everything walking distance from the beach as well..all things considered it wasa good trip that all started looking horribly gone wrong and turned into something that was simple and relaxing and no of that would of happened with out josh or athena' the owners and there management group

The location near the beach was great. The home was professionally cleaned and initially smelled great. The decor was cute! There is no soundproofing between the upstairs and downstairs units. The tenant above had dogs who walked frequently and every footstep or suitcase rolling could be heard below. Beach houses sometimes have a strange septic odor and this one did as well. The unit needs work in the bathtub. There weren’t many extras like games, bring your own! It wasn’t terrible but I definitely don’t think this home was built for two units to be listed.
