A magnificent and brand new 2-bedroom apartment in an exceptional location on the famous Quai des Etats-Unis, with a balcony offering a breathtaking view of the Promenade des Anglais.

Located on the fifth floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, space, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, balcony, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in a bedroom with a double bed and closet, a second bedroom with a single bed and office in case you need to work, bathroom with shower and Japanese toilets, kitchen open on the living room with TV and access to the outdoor.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, coffee machine, kettle.
Access
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
Old Town is the historic district of the city with its narrow streets and colorful buildings. This is also a popular and lively area of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais in front of the apartment. Walk along the streets of the Old Town and you will find Rosseti Square with its famous ice cream and the “Cours Saleya” and its famous flower market.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Jean Médecin. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 900m away from the apartment. From there you can also take the tram line n°1 until the stop Opéra Vieille-Ville. This stop is 300m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Train station « Nice Ville » is 14 minutes away by tram, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
Access to the building is also possible by car and you can park in the public parking Sulzer, less than 100m away.
IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :
For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.
The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.

My husband, son, I and I throughly enjoyed this beautiful 5th floor apartment with 3 person elevator. The porch had seating for 4 people, this made for stunning sunset views of Nice. It is also right in the middle of everything Niçoise. Just steps away from the market, tons of restaurants and shops, old town, and quick access to Place Masséna. The Japanese toilet was also a pleasant surprise. Now I need one in my home :)
The only negative thing I have to comment on is the sofa . It looks very nice, but is not very comfortable.
