    Near the port. The aircon is working. The place is just enough for an overnight stay if you are on a budget. Clean place.

    Booked here during my board examination because the location was just a walking distance from my testing site. They upgraded me from budget double to deluxe and I appreciated it so much. The deluxe room was super clean, spacious and comfortable. Maybe the only thing that bothered me was the smell of bleach that didn’t seem to go away, I think it was from the sheets. Anyway, It was worth it for the price value and discount from Agoda. Thank you, Pierside Inn!

    Disappointing stay — facilities and service need improvement The inn is conveniently located near several tourist spots, which is one of its advantages. However, the overall stay was disappointing. The room/area was quite small and cramped, making it uncomfortable, especially if you have luggage or are staying for more than one night. The listing stated that free Wi-Fi was available, but the Wi-Fi was not working at all during my stay. There was also no water heater in the room. Whenever I called the front desk to request something or report an issue, I was repeatedly told that they would inform the management. Unfortunately, the concerns were never properly addressed or resolved. The location is good and convenient for tourists, but the small room, non-functioning Wi-Fi, lack of a water heater, and poor follow-up on guest concerns made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope management takes guest concerns more seriously and ensures that the amenities advertised are actually available and working.
