This is my favorite place eversince I’m traveling to Cebu either for vacation or Business trip, I call it home for me.

Basic but clean, well maintained rooms with good
a/c. Nice university student atmosphere and very quiet guests, most of whom seem to be studying. Not too far from major shopping malls, museums, local restaurants, etc. Easy Grab delivery and moto or taxi pick ups. I have stored a suitcase there several times and no problems.;)
Cats are a bit of an annoyance, but I like cats.,So no problem for me personally.

The location of the dorm is just near in my training center
The lavatory valve is broken. Water leaks into the toilet
