The room I stayed in had no Wi-Fi connection. I raised this issue with the staff, but they couldn’t provide any solution. I was disappointed because it was so boring to stay in a hotel room without internet access, especially since their Agoda listing stated that Wi-Fi was available. I hope they improve their customer service and take guests’ concerns more seriously in the future.
