    The location was accessible and close to places where we could get necessities, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was also clean. However, the room itself needs significant improvement. The floor felt sticky and had many holes, so we had to wear our outdoor slippers inside because we were not confident that the floor was clean. The bathroom had molds, which may not be suitable for guests with asthma, and the bathroom rug was so dark that we could not tell whether it was originally black or simply very dirty. There were also drain flies and a cockroach inside our room, and we even saw a large rat right outside our door. The air-conditioning temperature could not be adjusted to a cooler setting because the control slot was broken. The chair was also very dirty. Overall, the place did not feel close to hotel standards. I understand that we booked at a promotional price, but I believe guests should still be provided with a clean, safe, and comfortable room regardless of the rate.

    The place is quiet and spacious. Near to almost nearby establishments. Have good exits but hallways are hot maybe because of the ACs. Overall stay was a thumbs up.
