Good location ... a walk to the main part of the village but not too far ... on a through road but actually not noisy ... no parking directly outside but can find space in small street behind - just be conscious of not blocking access or driveways.
Unavoidably I expect due to the layout of the original structure the toilet is downstairs so at night if you need to use it its down and up a short flight of stairs but unless you are elderly or have mobility issues its nothing more than a slight inconvenience.
