The apartment was very clean, in an excellent location, and had a modern, attractive design. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting.
I had a disappointing experience staying in this apartment. There was a lot of noise coming from outside, especially every time the main entrance door opened. The elevator is very close to the apartment, and even the smallest sounds could be heard as if they were inside the room. There is basically no soundproofing at all.
The bedroom door was damaged and couldn’t close properly, and the glass was scratched. The TV does not support Netflix or other apps, which was also inconvenient.
Additionally, I felt uncomfortable with the owner entering the apartment to show where everything is. It takes away from the privacy and makes the stay feel awkward. I believe it would be much better to have a lockbox outside with the key instead.
Overall, the apartment needs improvement, especially in terms of noise insulation
