The perfect cozy place to enjoy your stay in Skopje, in the best neighborhood in town, near to the City Park and 15 min walk to the main square, with all you need to really feel welcome and at home.

Everything was brilliant, from the moment of the first contact, until the check-out. Zoran is a respectful person, took care of the apartment appropriately, the location itself is fantastic, right behind the bohemian/pub/restaurant area of Debar Maalo and 20 min by walk from the Old Charshiya.

Sofa bed not a real bed

We left after 1 day, having paid for 2 . Main reason was the "bed" . It was in fact a fold down sofa, no Springs, hard and extremely uncomfortable. I think that the basic offer for tenants should be a bed, with a mattress and decent pillows..

No hot water, found out after we left there is a special button to press. The owner should have mentioned this on arrival. No toaster (as stated) available. Mou ld and dirt in shower. Car park was supposed to be free, it was 10 minutes away. Owner offered money back, however it was paid in cash and we were already 3 hours away.

I'm so glad I picked this apartment, it's the cheapest for the best accommodation. It has all the necessary amenities for a long stay: washing machine, stove, kitchen with complete utensils, TV, air-conditioning, heater, and a balcony. It's only one bus ride away from the city center too and the bus stop is just a 5 minute walk away, there are also plenty of stores nearby. It has the perfect location. And the owner is very hospitable. He is always responsive to messages and inquiries regarding my trip. Would definitely book my stay here the next time I come back! 11/10!

Perfect place. Cozy, warm (I was in January), clean, the owner is always in touch for any questions. There is everything you need, dishes, tea, coffee, dishes, sugar, washing machine capsules, slippers.. Good Wi-Fi. The building has an elevator.

So much to like. Zoran is very helpful. The apartment is very well equipped. We washed laundry with the washer. Nice cafes around the area. Really well priced.

Only a minor drawback - the bed is a sleeper couch. It's not uncomfortable but not as comfortable as a bed.

Brilliant Skopje apartment

The apartment was the perfect size for a couple! It was super clean, modern, and well equipped. The location was great, with easy access to the city centre via walking or multiple bus routes, and was also very close to many great bars and restaurants. Our host was extremely helpful with any and all questions we had, no matter the time of day! 10/10 would recommend! 👏

Friendly hosts, always willing to help if needed. The apartment is studio style, ie one big room. Kitchen area is more than adequate with all utensils supplied and fridge etc. Good table to sit at/eat/work. Sofa in corner and separate big bed in the other. Small balcony also. Great shower, constant hot water, and having use of a washing machine was a godsend. All looks as per advertised. Apartment is down a little side street with a good pub at the end. Shops and restaurant nearby on the main street. Nice quiet place, yet only a twenty minute walk into the centre. And...all at a very good price. An excellent stay. Perfect place to work from, or to stay for pleasure I'd guess.

Wonderful hosts. If you have questions or need anything, just ask them and they will help you. The apartment is well set up and all things are in great order. Quiet and peaceful area. Our second stay and not the last.

Zoran was really helpful via WhatsApp. Everything was exellent and clean. Zoran left us instructions before coming and left us a letter in the apartment.

Nice accomodation

The flat is clean and well-equipped. You can find everything you may need. You just need to go to the supermarket and buy what you want to eat. Zoran is a nice and helpful person. He tries his best to help you and always replies your questions. It was a nice accomodation for me.

The only case is the location, it takes about 20-30 mins on foot to go to the square. But still it isn’t a big problem if you like walking, or you can take a taxi/bus easily. The area is quiet and nice.

Co do tego pobytu to skala 10/10 jest zbyt mała. Nie spotkałem się z tak profesjonalnym przygotowaniu obiektu na przyjazd gości. Było wszystko a nawet więcej niż potrzeba. To raz , a dwa to bardzo pomocni gospodarze . Pomagali we wszystkim ( wydruk biletu autobusowego, zamówienie taxi).
