We had a fantastic stay at Proudly Okavango. Jo & Ric were wonderful hosts, making us feel very welcome, and the location was excellent — peaceful, beautiful and perfectly situated to enjoy the Okavango area. A real highlight of our stay was an excellent day of tiger fishing with Jack, who was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole experience both enjoyable and memorable. We would happily recommend Proudly Okavango and hope to return one day!

Jo und Rick sind ein super sympathisches Paar, die uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen und viele interessante Sachen über ihr Leben in Afrika berichtet haben. Wir können sehr die Bootstour empfehlen, auf der wir einige Krokodile sehen konnten. Leider waren wir nur 2 Tage dort, es fühlte sich aber fast so an, als würde man die Familie verlassen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder !!

Loved this beautiful property and cottage on a bushbuck sanctuary! The hosts were extremely friendly and communicative. The cottage was just right with three bedrooms, two bathrooms with hot water, really fast Wifi (much to our surprise), and all necessary amenities. We woke up to a bunch of bushbucks outside our window. The views of the river were exceptional and we spotted atleast 10 bird species in five minutes. Strongly Recommend!!!
