Cottages were beautiful. Justina and reception staff very friendly and helpful. Great location overlooking the Cubango River

Owners Alex and George were unwelcoming. It’s a shame as they let the place down, and it’s their business, so one would expect them to be friendly at least!

Location on the Island at the river shore, very friendly and helpfull staff, breakfast was brought to my hut

I felt a bit separated, was pleased to drink my beer before dinner not at the bar but on my own table

We liked the bar on the island and the views from there

It is advertised as self catering, but it was not possible to self-cater in the chalets that we had. The only thing we could do there was BBQ. There was no stove or stove top, no microwave and no toaster and no pots or pans of any sort. We were also under the impression that the chalets were on the island but there are only 5 tents on the island. The breakfast was served outside the chalets at the BBQ area but it is in the full sun with no shade provided, so not conducive to a comfortable meal.
