Die ruhige Lage, die Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station, die kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit, die Größe der Wohnung, zwei Kühlschränke und auch der Ablauf sowie Kontakt zur Vermieterin waren sehr gut.
Die Wohnung ist schon sehr abgewohnt, teilweise abgenutzte Möbel. Wenig Kleiderbügel. Nicht sehr sauber, obwohl dies andere Vormieter explizit angeführt und kommentiert hatten.

Es gibt eine schnelle und gute Anbindung zum Hafen und in die City. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch super.
Es ist leidee sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Bzw. Fehlt es an vollständiger Dekoration. Es ist wirklich kur für den nutzen eigerichtet. Die Sauberkeit empfand ich als schlecht. Überall Spinnweben oder Staub. Ich bin mir sicher, das war nicht erst seit gestern.
