The property is very spacious, clean, modern and is an excellent value for money. It is also easy to park on the road next to it, and there is an elevator to get to the 4th floor.
Some of the furniture is fragile. One of the chairs broke as soon as we sat and leaned our back against it and we volunteered to pay it to the host, who charged us a price a bit steep for the quality of the chair. It also took a very long time for the host to issue us a receipt of our payment – if you are using this flat for work, be aware of this.
